The integrity of cell membranes and their functioning depend on their phospholipid composition. Phospholipids contribute to the proper functioning of the liver and its health with the help of choline, present as part of phosphatidylcholine. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily consumption of at least 82.5 mg of choline. Directions for use: 1 capsule per day, preferably during meals, swallowed with a sufficient amount of water.
