ERBAMEA Red Henna Reinforced Mahogany Description Dietary supplement based on Lawsonia inermis, a plant known throughout the Mediterranean, Middle East, and India for its dyeing properties. Its Latin name means producer of indigo, the pigment obtained from the plant. Henna gives hair attractive coppery red highlights, coloring it effectively, delicately, and respectfully, leaving it shiny, full-bodied, and soft. It colors by simply adding warm water at a neutral pH, without the use of alkalizing substances or oxidants. Ingredients Lawsonia inermis leaf powder. How to use Add just enough warm water to the powder to form a soft paste—not too runny to avoid runniness. Apply to dry hair with a comb or your hands, making sure to wear gloves. Leave on for 40-60 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and then wash your hair with shampoo. Warnings The final color achieved with red henna depends on the natural hair color to which it is applied, which serves as the base for the dye: it will produce a carrot orange on white hair, a coppery red on medium-light brown hair, and a deeper highlight on dark brown hair. Before applying henna to hair that has already been colored or treated (perms, extensions), we recommend testing it on a small strand of hair.
