Withania somnifera - may support the bodys relaxation. Valerian - may support mental health. Melatonin – helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. Beneficial effects are obtained by taking 0.5 mg shortly before bed on the first day of travel and for several days after arrival at the destination.
