Product description HARTMANN Hydrosorb Gel Hydrogel - for the treatment of dry, non-exuding and slightly exuding wounds Hydrosorb Gel is indicated for the treatment of dry, non-exuding wounds, as well as wounds with weak exudation and partial tissue loss, including: pressure sores; venous leg ulcers; diabetic foot ulcers; first and second degree burns; dermatitis caused by urinary incontinence. A transparent, viscous, sterile gel containing a modified starch polymer, glycerol, preservatives, and water. It creates a moist wound environment, promoting healing. Depending on the wounds condition, Hydrosorb Gel moisturizes dry, necrotic tissue, facilitating debridement of dry wounds, or absorbs moist, necrotic tissue separated from healthy tissue along with exudate if exudate is low. It remains in place after application and is easy to apply. The colorless, viscous gel has a neutral pH. The skin-friendly composition supports cleansing and removal of necrosis from lightly exuding wounds.
