Application Cleanse your skin before application with a mild, soap-free cleanser, such as Hans Karrer Clean Complete ECO, and dry thoroughly. Then apply Hans Karrer Protect ECO to the backs of your hands and rub them together before massaging the cream into the palms, fingertips, and between your fingers. The cream should be applied several times a day, especially before and after work and after every wash. If used as part of a therapy, your doctor will determine the exact treatment regimen.
