Green tea extract capsules Green tea (Camellia sinensis), like black tea, belongs to the tea family (Theaceae). Unlike black tea, green tea is unfermented and therefore contains a slightly different composition and concentration of constituents. Studies show that EGCG increases fat burning, reduces food absorption in the intestines, and consequently reduces body fat gain. A daily intake of 600 mg of catechins is recommended. This recommended intake (6 capsules) corresponds to approximately 20 to 30 cups of green tea per day. Raw material description: The carefully selected raw material originates from China.
