The product is approved by the Ministry of Health and the Institute for Mother and Child Protection Prof. Dr. Alfred Rusescu for administration to infants and children up to 18 months. Properties: Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lanolin) – contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. It contributes to maintaining the health of the skeletal and muscular system. Contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Benefits: It helps prevent rickets in infants and young children. Contributes to the harmonious development of bones and teeth. It contributes to supporting immunity during cold periods and in special situations (premature babies, frequently hospitalized children, children from polluted or institutionalized areas). Method of administration: Infants (0–12 months): 1 drop (0.03 ml)/day = 400 IU (10 mcg). Children 1–3 years: 1–2 drops (0.03–0.06 ml)/day = 400–800 IU (10–20 mcg). Children over 4 years old: 2 drops (0.06 ml)/day = 800 IU (20 mcg) or as recommended by the specialist. Administration begins 7 days after birth (including premature infants >1500 g) and continues until the age of 18 months, according to the protocol for rickets prophylaxis.
