Active ingredients per capsule: Dry extract of valerian root (Valerianae radix) standardized to min. 20% valtrate 272 mg. Dried extract of hop cones (Lupuli strobulus) standardized to min. 5% methyl-butenol 40 mg. Dry extract of passionflower (Passiflorae herba) standardized to min. 6% vitexin 40 mg. Total dry extract 4:1 of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) 40 mg. Lavender essential oil (Lavandulae aetheroleum) 4 mg. Bitter orange leaf essential oil (Aurantii amari folii aetheroleum) 4 mg. The capsule shell is based on animal gelatin. Method of administration: 1-2 capsules in the evening, before bedtime. Duration of treatment: 10 days in occasional situations. 3 months to maintain natural sleep. The courses can be repeated with 7-day breaks between them. Precautions: Not recommended for children under 10 years of age (the effects on young children are insufficiently studied) and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the products ingredients. Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers. May affect the ability to drive or use machines. Concomitant use with hypnotics is not recommended, as it may enhance their sedative properties. It is recommended to avoid alcohol immediately before or after taking this product.
