Gelum® drops Gelum® drops contain a complex that binds the digestive toxin ammonia during its passage through the intestines. Ammonia is produced as a byproduct of protein breakdown in the gut. Because it is a cellular toxin, the liver primarily converts it into urea so that it can be excreted by the kidneys.
