How to use: Before first use, press the dispenser several times to fill it with liquid. Place the applicator in your mouth, press down, and spray 1-2 doses towards your throat. It is recommended to use 1-2 doses three to four times daily, one after a meal. For hygiene reasons and to prevent the spread of infection, one pack should be used by one person. After each use, rinse the tip under running water and dry gently.
