ACTION AND DESCRIPTION Supports the foot, arch, and heel. Hypoallergenic plastic support with lace closures for a better fit. CE marked. Class I, non-sterile. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Open the strap and position the support so that it rests comfortably under the arch of the foot (the foot icons should be positioned against the inside of the arch). Support the top of the foot with the loop. Use the loop to pull the arch upward. The foot symbol on the strap must match the foot symbol on the insole. It is recommended that you wear the bands for 4 hours on the first day and gradually increase to 1-2 hours per day. After one week, if more support is needed, change the insole to the dark blue one and repeat the gradual breaking-in process. The bands should be worn on both feet to ensure proper body alignment
