Case ready for action – cools for at least 45 hours. Do not store the case in plastic or vacuum bags – it needs air to function. Notes and precautions Activate only in cold water – do not use boiling water or seawater. Store the activated case in a well-ventilated place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Do not use if a gel does not form after soaking – this is a sign that the refill needs to be replaced. After use, allow the insert to dry completely. Do not wash the insert in the washing machine. The outer case can be hand washed.
