The use of another intravaginal product should follow after at least 30 minutes. Instructions for use: Unlock by pressing the safety cap with stripes on the side with your thumb (like on pharmaceutical ampoules) Pull the insertion nozzle up until you hear the characteristic click sound Check that the safety valve has opened by gently pressing the bottle. If it has not opened, pull the nozzle up again. Gently and carefully insert the nozzle into the vagina, preferably in a sitting or standing position.
