FORTIUM IMMUNE Description Food supplement. Fortium is an orodispersible powder product based on lactoferrin, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin D3, zinc and sweeteners. Vitamin D3 and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Lactoferrin is a glycoprotein that, thanks to its ability to bind iron, supports the immune systems defense against pathogens (germs, bacteria, and viruses) and promotes protection from oxidative stress. It is physiologically present in mammalian milk and colostrum, in bronchial and nasal secretions. Sodium hyaluronate is a sodium salt derived from hyaluronic acid with hydrating and mucoprotective properties. It also helps protect the mucosa of the upper and lower respiratory tract during physiological conditions. It supports the restoration of respiratory mucosal homeostasis altered by acute and chronic inflammatory conditions.
