Its consumption helps restore energy and provide essential nutrients. Each bottle of Fontactiv HP/HC retains its organoleptic properties at any temperature. These formulas can be used as sole sources of nutrition or as a supplement to diets prescribed by a doctor. Each product in this kit is UHT sterilized and packaged in a protective atmosphere. The formulas are gluten-free and lactose-free. These dietary foods have special medical uses, either for complete diets, for cases of malnutrition or as preventive measures. They are also used for patients following high-calorie and high-protein diets. They are enriched with B vitamins, vitamin D, vitamin K and contain calcium. Who is it for? It is indicated for patients with malnutrition who require special products to help them obtain energy and nutrients. These are: People with frailty/sarcopenia, immobilized people, people with pressure ulcers, fractures, pre- and post-surgical patients, people with congestive heart disease, cancer patients undergoing treatment, and malnourished elderly patients. Patients requiring long-term enteral nutrition, those who need regular bowel movements, those with swallowing or digestion difficulties, and those with neurological conditions. Convalescents requiring nutritional support and those undergoing dietary treatments with malabsorption problems, such as short bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease. Instructions for use The product is ready to use; shake well before opening the bottle. If necessary, it can be administered through a tube. Serve cold, if possible. Contraindications Use only under medical supervision. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Not recommended for people with galactosemia. Not for parenteral administration. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep the bottle covered and refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
