How to use the FLUORECARE Influenza A/B + COVID-19/RS Test: Before taking the test, wash and disinfect your hands. Unscrew the cap of the test tube and remove the blue stopper, then insert the test tube into the opening on the package Remove the test card from the packaging and set it aside. Collect a nasal swab sample. Insert the swab 2.5 cm into one nostril, then rotate it 5 times to collect a sample from the nasal walls. Repeat in the other nostril. Place the swab sample in the tube, break the swab at the swab stick, and leave the lower half of the stick in the tube. Close the tube lid. Press the swab 10 times into the tube, then wait 1 minute. After this time, unscrew the clip at the top of the lid to allow the liquid to drip out. Place two drops from the tube in the wells marked S on the test card.
