Gently shake the bottle of Oddent oral fluid before use. Remove the lid from the jar. Fill the bottle cap to the marked line or to the amount recommended by your doctor. Pour the contents of the stopper into your mouth. Hold the product in your mouth for about two minutes, without swallowing it. You can swish the liquid around in your mouth to make sure it reaches all affected areas. Spit out the liquid after 2 minutes or according to the manufacturers instructions. Do not rinse your mouth with water immediately after using the product to allow the active ingredients to act for longer. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after use.
