As a special feature, Floradix Iron plus B12 vegan contains vitamin B12 as physiologically active methylcobalamin in addition to iron. Vitamin B12 is not available to the body due to the avoidance of animal products in the diet. Iron, vitamins B12, B1, B2, B6, niacin and vitamin C support normal energy metabolism and, except for B1, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
