Troxerutin : This bioflavonoid is found in many plant varieties, primarily extracted from the flowers of Sophora japonica. It possesses rheological, venotonic, and vasoprotective properties. It can reduce blood viscosity, improving venous insufficiency and capillary stasis, thus preventing excessive passage of the bloods liquid component into the tissues and thus limiting the formation of edema (antipermeabilizing and anti-edematous action).
