Winner Energy Gel is ideal for energy recovery in endurance sports and physical exercise. It contains amino acids and nitrogen that promote increased energy and faster recovery. It helps maintain glycogen in the muscles and improves performance during training. Directions for use: Can be taken before, during and after exercise without causing bloating or discomfort. Provides energy 60-90 minutes after administration. For best results, consume 1/2 gel before and 1/2 gel after training.
