Product purpose The product is intended for use in dogs weighing from 20 kg to 40 kg to combat flea infestations or mixed infestations of fleas and ticks and/or lice. Product characteristics Fipnil Combo combines the action of two active ingredients: fipronil and (S)-methoprene. Fipronil effectively kills adult fleas, ticks, and lice. (S)-methoprene is an insect growth regulator (IGR) that interrupts the flea life cycle by inhibiting the development of eggs, larvae, and pupae. This combination provides dual protection – immediate elimination of parasites on the animal and long-term protection against their multiplication in the environment. The product works against new infestations of adult fleas for eight weeks and prevents their reproduction for the same period. Protection against ticks lasts for up to four weeks. The product is easy to apply thanks to the disposable spot-on pipette. Product use Holding the pipette vertically, tap the narrow part of the pipette to ensure all the contents are in the main body, then tear off the tip. Part your dogs coat along the back at the base of the neck, in front of the shoulder blades, until the skin is visible. Place the pipette tip against the skin and squeeze several times to squeeze the entire contents in one spot, directly onto the skin. Notes and precautions Do not use on puppies under 8 weeks of age and/or weighing less than 2 kg. Do not use on sick or convalescing animals, or on rabbits. This product is intended for dogs only – do not use on cats or ferrets. Avoid bathing for 2 days after application. Avoid contact with the animals eyes. Wash your hands after application and do not touch the treated animal until the application site is dry. The minimum interval between applications is 4 weeks.
