How to use We recommend drinking 1 to 2 cups of herbal tea per day. One tea bag is sufficient for one cup of herbal tea (about 150 ml). Pour boiling water into a cup containing the tea bag and steep for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered to prevent the more volatile compounds from dispersing.
