Product description Filter insert for the Olmed preventive mask A four-layer insert capable of filtering particulate matter, bacteria, and some viruses. Designed for Olmed masks. What distinguishes the Olmed filter from the alternatives available on the market used in reusable masks is the replacement of the popular carbon insert with polypropylene nonwoven materials with high filtration capacity. The materials used are used in the production of protective clothing,hospital equipment, filters for the pharmaceutical industry, and in heavy industry . Filter construction: - Spunbond polypropylene nonwoven fabric - Meltblown polypropylene nonwoven fabric - F9 class filter fabric - Spunbond polypropylene nonwoven fabric Depending on the location and method of use, the filter lasts up to 12 hours. The products filtration efficiency was tested at the Institute of Materials Science,Textiles and Polymer Composites of the Lodz University of Technology , where the paraffin mist filtration capacity was determined to be 95.8%, which corresponds to the FFP2 filter standard. Note: The filters shape and size are designed to fit the Olmed mask in that size. We do not recommend using the filter in masks from other manufacturers. PLEASE NOTE!
