On one side of each of them are 4 capsules with several ingredients (white and yellow capsule), and on the other side are 4 capsules with Omega-3 acids (yellow, oily capsule). Take 1 multi-ingredient capsule once daily along with 1 Omega-3 acid capsule. The preparation should be taken during the meal and washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet should be followed.
