Instructions for use: Place on the elbow and adjust with the strap. 1. Insert your arm into the elbow brace. 2. Wrap the strap around the forearm until a firm but comfortable pressure is applied. Indications: Indicated for tendonitis, joint support, epicondylitis, workplace and sports injuries, and home use. Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the materials. If you use a size larger than recommended, the compression and support will be less than normal and will not produce the desired effect. If you use a size smaller than recommended, the compression and support will be greater than desirable for proper blood flow. The garment may be uncomfortable and may even cause pain.
