It is obtained from a single variety of olives: KORONEIKI, from which the most complete olive oil is obtained - the world standard in obtaining olive oil. It comes from Zakynthos Island, the most fertile Ionian island, protected geographical area (PGI certification). The pressing is done cold at a maximum temperature of 27°C within a maximum of 3 days after harvest. It is packaged in metal boxes specially designed to prevent sunlight from penetrating. The special packaging allows to preserve ALL the special qualities of this oil.
