EvoTears Description Medical device. Liquid eye drops without water and without preservatives. It lubricates the ocular surface, stabilizes the tear film and relieves symptoms associated with dry eye. Use to lubricate dry and irritated eyes. Sterile eye drops without phosphates and preservatives. How to use Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist, apply 1 drop to the lower eyelid 4 times a day. EvoTears can be used daily if necessary. Due to its specific properties, EvoTears works differently from traditional eye drops. Therefore, it is advisable to read the instructions carefully before use. Wash your hands before use. Before first use of the product, unscrew the bottle cap and remove the sealing ring. Avoid touching the pipette tip after removing the cap. Hold the bottle open with the pipette tip pointing up and squeeze the bottle gently. Before bringing the bottle to your eye, invert it with the pipette tip pointing down, keeping it pressed down, then immediately release your fingers to release the pressure. This allows air to pass through the liquid and into the bottle. Leave the bottle in this position, with the pipette tip pointing down. Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid slightly. If possible, look up slightly. Hold the open bottle upside down, vertically above your eye. Squeeze the bottle gently and apply one drop to each eye. Caution: Due to the unique nature of EvoTears, you may not feel the drop in your eye. In this case, we recommend applying it in front of a mirror. During application, do not touch the eye or eyelashes with the tip of the pipette. After application, close your eyes to evenly distribute EvoTears. After use, close the bottle with the cap. components EvoTears contains a single component, perfluorohexiloctane (EyeSol). warnings EvoTears should not be used in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to perfluorohexyloctane. EvoTears requires special caution when used concomitantly with other ophthalmic medications. If you are using other eye drops, it is advisable to wait at least 30 minutes after application before applying EvoTears. EvoTears should be used last. Ophthalmic ointments should not be used during treatment with EvoTears. In individual cases, transient eye irritation, such as burning, itching or redness, has been reported following the use of EvoTears. This may be caused by an allergic reaction. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use EvoTears if the original bottle or cap is damaged. Keep out of reach of children. Do not insert liquids.
