EuPhidra WATERPROOF PENCIL SHADOW LAND Description Waterproof eyeshadow in pencil format. Extremely soft to apply and extremely long-lasting: its texture blends onto the eyelids like a primer that blends and sets. How to use It is used alone as a base for powder eyeshadows. Blend directly onto a soft but dry eyelid. Blend with your fingers or EuPhidra eye brushes. Once applied, wait a few moments for the product to dry completely and set.
