How to use Make sure your lips are well moisturized but dry. Use the tip of the applicator to draw the line of the lips and define the volume well. Fill in the lips with the flat base, starting from the center and working out to the corners of the mouth. Modulate the color, waiting for it to dry between each coat to obtain the effect you want.
