How to use We recommend using the product approximately 30 minutes before exercise. Use 1 sachet in approximately 200 ml of water for medium-duration activities, and 2 sachets (in approximately 400 ml of water) for intense and prolonged physical activity. To optimize product absorption, when the outside temperature is particularly high, it is helpful to drink approximately 200 ml of water approximately 10-15 minutes before starting the workout.
