Herbs a la Essiac 200g Zielarnia Suwalska A traditional herbal blend of the Ojibwa Indians - also called Essiac. Our blend contains 8 ingredients, which is considered a recipe closer to the actual blends used in the past. The mixture is recommended as support in the fight against cancer. It has strong detoxifying properties. Ingredients: Burdock Root – Arctium lappa (121g) Field sorrel leaf – Rumex acetosella (39 g) American Red Elm Bark – Ulmus rubra (9.6g) Rhubarb palmate root – Rheum palmatum (9.6 g) Kelp – Laminariales (9.6 g) Scratching plant – Cnicus benedictus (4.8 g) Red clover flower – Trifolium pratense (4.8 g) Watercress – Nasturtium officinale (0.6 g)How to use: Boil 3 liters of water in a pot. Remove the pot from the heat. Pour in 50 g of the mixture and bring to a boil again. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Set aside a few hours. Bring to a boil again and simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat. Set aside a few hours. Then heat the herbs almost to a boil and set aside for a few minutes to allow the herbs to settle to the bottom. Pour into sterilized jars and close. Once cooled, store in the refrigerator. Consume 60 ml 3 times a day. Preferably on an empty stomach, for example on an empty stomach or two hours before and after a meal. 50g of herbs and the decoction prepared from them should be enough for about 2 weeks. The decoction is best consumed warm, and for this purpose, each portion can be mixed with hot water a moment before consumption.
