Product description EspuGast 80mg, 60 soft capsules The EspuGast 80 medical device is intended for use to relieve the feeling of fullness, bloating, belching, and symptoms related to excessive accumulation of gas and air in the digestive tract, which causes tension and pressure in the intestines. EspuGast 80 is intended for use as an aid in preparing patients for abdominal diagnostic examinations (ultrasound, endoscopy, radiography and colonoscopy), in order to remove gases and air from the gastrointestinal tract, which improves the quality of the obtained images. How to consume: EspuGast 80 capsules are taken orally, before or after a meal, with a sufficient amount of fluid (e.g., 1 glass of water). Drinking carbonated beverages is not recommended while taking this product. Adults: As needed, 1-2 capsules, 3-4 times daily. Maximum 8 capsules daily (640 mg simethicone) Pregnant women: dosage and method of use as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Children from 6 to 18 years of age: as needed, 1 capsule 3 times daily. Maximum 3 capsules daily (240 mg simethicone) In people with diabetes: no dosage change is required. Preparations for diagnostic tests: Adults: 1 day before the planned diagnostic examination, 1 capsule, 3 times a day, and on the day of the diagnostic examination, 2 capsules in the morning, on an empty stomach. Pregnant women: dosage and method of use as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Kids: a 1 day before the planned diagnostic examination, 1 capsule 3 times a day, and on the day of the diagnostic examination, 2 capsules in the morning, on an empty stomach. THE PRODUCT CAN BE USED BY PEOPLE WITH DIABETES AND SUGAR DIGESTION DISORDERS. No dosage adjustment is required in patients with diabetes. EspuGast 80 ingredients: The EspuGast 80 medical device contains 80 mg of simethicone in a soft gelatin capsule. The capsule shell contains: porcine gelatin and glycerol. The medical device does not contain sugar or dyes. Precautions: Do not use more than 8 capsules per day in adults and 3 capsules per day in children over 6 years of age. Simethicone may reduce the bioavailability of concomitantly administered medications. If you need to use the product concomitantly with other medications, leave at least one hour between taking EspuGast 80 and other medications. If you have any questions, consult your doctor or pharmacist. When using levothyroxine and simethicone simultaneously, a 4-hour interval should be maintained.
