NO•DOL THERMAL GEL CE Medical Device. The pack, containing thermal gel, is reusable and can be applied to the skin for various purposes. It is useful for treating lumbago, rheumatism, and hypothermia when used hot (heated in hot water or a microwave and wrapped in a cloth). It can also be used for bruises, sprains, trauma, and hyperthermia when applied cold (after placing it in the freezer and wrapping it in a cloth). How to use HOT WATER Soak in boiling water for up to 5 minutes. Remove, dry, wrap the sachet in a cloth, and apply to the affected area. MICROWAVE OVEN Place the bag in the oven for up to 1 minute, setting the oven to 650 watts. Remove, wrap the bag in a cloth, and apply to the affected area.
