EPIGEL GEL OPHTHALMIC Description Ophthalmic gel suitable for dogs, cats, non-DPA horses and pet rabbits. The presence of 0.2% carbomer with mucoadhesive properties and the unique composition forms a stable gel upon contact with the ocular surface. It provides an intense and long-lasting lubricating and moisturizing action, providing immediate relief from severe dry eye and associated environmental stress. How to use - Remove the cap and hold the body of the tube between the thumb and forefinger of your dominant hand. - Hold the animals head still by holding its snout with your dominant hand. - Place your dominant hand on the side of the animals head so that you can gently pull the upper eyelid with the outer edge of your little finger to facilitate exposure of the eye. - Place the bottle over the eye and instill enough gel to cover the oculoconjunctival surface, applying light pressure on the tube. Gently massage the eyelid to facilitate even distribution of the gel. - Apply 2-3 times a day. - Reward the animal after application. components Carbomer 0.2% (w/v), cetrimide, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, disodium edetate, water for injections. warnings - Ophthalmic product for external veterinary use. - Avoid touching the eye with the tip of the tube. - Do not use the product after the expiration date written on the packaging. - Allow 15 minutes to elapse between instillation of Epigel Tubo and any instillation of medications or products for external ophthalmic use. - Do not use in case of subjective hypersensitivity or known incompatibility with any of the components of the preparation. - Keep out of sight and reach of children. - Do not throw the container into the environment after use. - For external use only.
