Contains PS MIX, a blend of probiotics (Lactobacillus paracasei I 1688 and Lactobacillus salivarius I 1794), which promotes the balance of intestinal flora. Vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the maintenance of skin in good condition. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Gluten free. Naturally lactose free. How to use 1 or 2 sachets per day. Dissolve the sachet in 150 ml of warm water or milk and consume immediately. Preferably take between meals.
