Package contents Effipro aerosol bottle 100 ml Each 1 ml of solution contains: Active substance: Fipronil 2.5 mg. Product purpose This product is intended for the control of flea (Ctenocephalides spp.), tick (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus), and lice (Trichodectes canis in dogs, Felicola subrostratus in cats) infestations. It can also be used in the treatment of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD). Product characteristics Effipro spray contains fipronil, an active ingredient with proven insecticidal and acaricidal properties. It targets the nervous system of parasites, leading to their rapid elimination. The product provides long-lasting protection: against new flea infestations for up to 3 months in dogs and up to 6 weeks in cats, and the acaricidal effect against ticks lasts up to 4 weeks. The special formula contains a coating ingredient that makes the coat shiny after application. The product can be used on puppies and kittens from the second day of life. Product use Spray the entire body surface of the animal from a distance of approximately 10-20 cm, spraying against the grain. Make sure the entire coat is damp, down to the skin. Dosage depends on the length of the coat and the size of the bottle: 100 ml bottle: Use 6 to 12 pump presses per 1 kg of body weight. Apply the product to the scalp using a sprayed glove. Allow to dry naturally; do not rub. Notes and precautions Do not use on sick or convalescing animals, or on rabbits. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Avoid contact with the animals eyes. Do not apply to damaged skin. Do not bathe animals for 2 days before or 2 days after applying the product. The minimum interval between treatments is 4 weeks. Wash hands after application. Do not touch treated animals until the fur is completely dry. Flammable – store away from heat sources.
