DracoTüll silicone wound contact dressing DracoTüll silicone is a sterile, transparent wound contact dressing coated on both sides with a siliconized mesh. This mesh allows wound exudate to drain into the secondary dressing. The dressing is very conformable and does not slip, making it ideal for covering and protecting the wound. DracoTüll silicone reduces adhesion of the secondary dressing to the wound, which facilitates atraumatic dressing changes and promotes the necessary wound rest. Areas of application DracoTüll silicone is suitable for dry to highly exuding chronic wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers, superficial burns, as well as surgical and injury-related wounds, blisters, cuts, abrasions, and lacerations. It can be used under compression and in conjunction with negative pressure wound therapy. Instructions for use Choose a dressing that covers the wound and at least 2 centimeters of the surrounding skin.
