These extracts are supplemented with a combination of calcium, choline, vitamin B6, and zinc. A high-fat diet and lack of exercise can put a strain on our liver, other digestive organs, and our metabolism. The liver is a central organ of metabolism and plays a role in nutrient utilization, regulating fat metabolism, and producing bile.
