It works for up to 12 hours, providing comfort and pain relief. Easy to use, easily adheres to the painful area. How to use: Open the package and remove the protective foil. Apply the patch to your underwear, adjacent to the painful area. Do not apply the patch directly to the skin. The patchs warming effect lasts up to 12 hours after use. Once the patch is applied, the temperature will gradually increase, up to a maximum of 65°C. Warnings: Read the instructions before use. The patch is for external use only. This is a single-use product – do not reheat or cut the patch. Use immediately after opening the package. Do not apply pressure to the patch by lying down, sitting on it, or wearing tight clothing. Do not use the product: in children under 12 years of age, directly on the skin if the product packaging is damaged or torn, in people who are unable to follow the instructions for use, especially in children and the elderly, during sleep, in a diseased area (e.g. a wound) with other warming agents or methods (e.g. ointments, blankets) with another plaster, after the expiry date of the product indicated on the packaging, in case of hypersensitivity/allergy to any of the products ingredients, for more than 12 hours in a single 24-hour period, contact your doctor; use in case of arthritis, skin diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, multiple sclerosis, cancer or pregnancy; discontinue use of the product in case of: irritation, excessive heat, burning, swelling, discomfort or other skin changes at the site of application of the patch; heating products may cause burns; if skin irritation such as swelling, blisters, redness does not subside after a short time, contact your doctor; in case of swallowing the patchs contents or contact with skin or eyes, rinse your mouth, skin or eyes with plenty of water and consult your doctor immediately.
