Product description DIATHER ALKOTEST, 1 pc. The Breathalyzer is a disposable, easy-to-use, certified product for self-testing alcohol levels in the breath. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, it is the ideal solution for those who want to ensure their safety while driving. A breathalyzer measures alcohol content in exhaled air. The lowest alcohol level detected by Test & Drive corresponds to 0.2‰* (per mille) of blood alcohol, which is approximately 0.1 mg/l* of alcohol in exhaled air. A blood alcohol content of 0.2‰* per mille can impair driving ability, posing a direct threat to life and health, as well as a hazard to road users. Its important to remember that alcohol levels increase within approximately one hour of alcohol consumption, and also depend on gender, fitness, rate of consumption, type of alcohol, solid food intake, and many other factors. Test & Drive consists of a glass tube, an active substance in the form of adsorption granules, filters, aluminum foil, and two protective caps. Key product features: • Certified. • Simple operation – simply press the plastic protective caps on both sides of the breathalyzer to pierce the protective foil, take a deep breath and exhale for 10 seconds on each side. • Quick result – result visible within 2-4 minutes thanks to easy comparison of the color of the crystals with the attached color scale. How to use: 1. The test should begin at least 15 minutes after the last alcohol consumption. Smoking should also be avoided before the test. 2. Press the plastic protective caps on both sides of the breathalyzer to pierce the protective foil until resistance is felt. 3. Take a deep breath and blow air into the mouthpiece, following the direction of the arrows on the breathalyzer. Blow air twice for approximately 10 seconds, and do not interrupt the blowing cycle. Make sure you exhale through the other side of the breathalyzer. Otherwise, repeat step 2. 4. After 2 minutes, but no later than 5 minutes, read the test result. 5. If the crystals in the center of the tube, which were white before the test, turn red, it means the person taking the test is under the influence of alcohol and should not drive under any circumstances. The approximate blood alcohol content (BAC) in per mille can be determined by comparing the result with the color references found on both the breathalyzer and the packaging. Its important to note that the crystals change color with varying intensity. White areas may remain visible even though alcohol is present. 6. After use, throw away in the municipal waste bin. Warning: Test&Drive should be opened immediately before use. Test&Drive can only be used once. Protect Test&Drive from sunlight and exposure to high and low temperatures. Store Test&Drive in a dry and safe place, out of reach of children. Individual components of Test&Drive may pose a risk to life or health. If used improperly, the glass tube may break or shatter, causing cuts, and other components may be swallowed. Test&Drive provides reliable results when used properly. Test&Drive is for private use only and is not a product legally approved for measuring alcohol content. The alcohol content reading cannot be used for evidentiary purposes, particularly to prove that someone was intoxicated after consuming alcohol.
