DESCRIPTION Infected dogs typically excrete detectable levels of specific antigens. SAMPLES Use dog fecal samples. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Open the envelope at the time of testing and keep the cassette on a flat surface without moving it. 1. Collect the fecal sample using the collector, either directly from the feces or by direct collection from the animals anus. Insert the end of the collector with the sample into the buffered tube. Shake the collector for 15 seconds inside the tube to extract the sample. 2. Remove and hold the cassette on a flat surface without moving it. 3. Using the pipette, deposit 4 drops (120 μm) of sample buffer into each of the two circular wells. Avoid depositing large particles. 4. Examine the result 20 minutes after adding the sample buffer. READING THE RESULTS Positive (+): One colored band in the test area (T) and another in the control area (C). Negative (-): Only a colored band is observed in the control zone (C). Incorrect (INC): If a colored band does not appear in the control zone (C), it is recommended to repeat the test with a new cassette. CONTENT - 1 sample collector - 1 tube with tampon - 1 sachet containing 1 cassette, 1 pipette and desiccant. CONSERVATION Store at room temperature (between 2 and 25°C). No refrigeration required. Do not freeze, do not expose to sunlight. When stored properly, the product is stable until the indicated expiration date.
