Cryosurgical product for the treatment of common and plantar warts on the hands and feet, as well as molluscum contagiosum (Molluscum Contagiosum). Such skin growths can be removed by freezing (cryotherapy). The product is intended for use as a self-medication product in individuals over 4 years of age. How to use Common and plantar warts Size of the wartNumber of times it is pressed the bottom of the dispenser Small size (<3 mm) Press the dispenser 3 times in a row Average size (3 mm to 5 mm) Press the dispenser 4 times in a row Large size (>6 mm) Press the dispenser 5 times in a row Do not remove the permanently attached applicator cap from the dispenser. Face the wart upward. Place the round opening of the applicator cap directly over the wart, circling it. Make sure the edges of the applicator are close and flat against the surrounding skin. Hold the aerosol dispenser upright at a maximum angle of 30° for treatment to be effective. Hold the product firmly over the wart. Press the bottom of the dispenser firmly with your thumb 3 to 5 times, depending on the size of the wart. Hold the applicator in place for 10 seconds before removing it from the skin. A 2 mm white mark may appear. Once the spot dries, a small scar will appear that will heal over the following days and weeks. Remove the applicator cap from the wart. You may experience a slight temporary skin sensitivity or tingling immediately after treatment. Clean the applicator cap opening with a cleansing swab after each use to reduce the risk of transmission or infection. If the wart is raised and/or very sensitive after treatment, protect it by applying one or more protective plasters. Molluscum contagiosum Do not remove the permanently attached applicator cap from the dispenser. Point the pimple upward. Place the round opening of the applicator cap directly over the pimple, circling it. Make sure the edges of the applicator are close and snug against the surrounding skin. Hold the aerosol dispenser upright at a maximum angle of 30° for treatment to be effective. Hold the product firmly over the pimple. Press the bottom of the dispenser three times with your thumb. Hold the applicator in place for 5 seconds before removing it from the skin. A 2 mm white mark may appear. Once the spot dries, a small scar will appear that will heal over the following days and weeks. Remove the applicator cap from the papule. You may experience a slight temporary skin sensitivity or tingling immediately after treatment. Clean the applicator cap opening with a cleansing swab after each use to reduce the risk of transmission or infection. If the papule feels sensitive after treatment, protect it by applying one or more protective plasters. Warnings For external use only. Extremely flammable and pressurized dispenser. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not expose the dispenser to temperatures above 50°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale the spray. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not spray in eyes as it may cause frostbite and blindness. Do not repeat the treatment more than 4 times, with 14-day intervals between treatments. Consult a doctor if the wart does not disappear. The product may cause frostbite, depigmentation or scarring if not used in accordance with the instructions for use. Seek medical advice if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a cluster of warts located close together, treat each wart separately, 14 days apart. In most cases, a single treatment will be sufficient to remove the wart. For persistent warts, repeat the treatment after 10 seconds. If the wart is not removed within 14 days, repeat the treatment as directed in the instructions for use. If a cluster of molluscum contagiosum papules is present, treat each papule separately. Wait 1 minute between applications to allow the applicator cap to warm to room temperature. Do not treat more than 2 molluscum contagiosum papules per day. If multiple molluscum contagiosum papules are present, treat each papule separately, leaving a 1-day interval between treatments. If the papule is not removed within 14 days, repeat the treatment as directed in the instructions for use. The treatment may cause blisters. If this occurs, do not puncture the blister. Do not pinch or scratch the treated site or wart. Keep the treated area dry and clean to avoid infection. You can swim, wash, bathe and shower normally. The cryotherapy process can cause: • hypopigmentation (light spots) or hyperpigmentation (dark spots); • bleeding; • blister formation; • scar formation if cryotherapy is applied for longer than indicated; • temporary discomfort such as pain or tingling. Consult a doctor in case of infection and/or complications. The use of Dermovitamina MICOBLOCK VERRUCHE CRYO is contraindicated in the following cases: - in the presence of or when a diagnosis of cancer and/or treatment for cancer has been confirmed; - for use in the treatment of genital warts; - in case of dark or highly pigmented skin; - if you have birthmarks, (hairy) moles, beauty spots or other strange growths; - in case of irritated or inflamed skin or in the presence of eczema; - for use on the face; - for sensitive areas of the skin, such as the neck, armpits, breasts and buttocks; - for unknown skin conditions or when there is doubt as to whether the skin condition is a wart or not; - in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to extreme cold (cold urticaria); - in diabetic subjects and with circulatory problems (Raynauds disease); - in subjects taking immunosuppressive drugs or in the presence of a confirmed diagnosis of autoimmune diseases or collagen diseases; - for use in the presence of HIV infection; - for subjects undergoing anticoagulant therapy and haemophiliacs; - for use in children under 4 years of age; - in combination with other wart treatments.
