D-Mannose powder from Allpharma D-Mannose is a monosaccharide closely related to glucose and galactose. This sugar binds specifically to the surface structures of bacteria such as E. coli. This binding allows the bacteria to be effectively trapped and eliminated. Allpharm D-Mannose is free of any additives. Directions: Dissolve 2 level scoops (approx. 1g each) in water and take twice daily. Leave 1 hour between doses and meals. Note: Because the D-Mannose is additive-free, the powder may form lumps. This does not affect the quality. The lumps will dissolve completely in liquid. May contain small amounts of fat, protein and salt. Store in a cool, dry place and tightly closed. Fill level is due to technical reasons. Can is reusable.
