D-Mannose Directions: It acts as an adjuvant in urinary tract disorders caused by Escherichia Coli. How to use: in acute attack: 6 capsules per day to be distributed throughout the day for the first 10-20 days. Once the acute phase of cystitis has passed, the dosage can be reduced to 3-4 capsules per day. Preferably away from meals and above all with little water.
