The high-performance exudate management is supported by its superabsorbent technology, which securely locks exudate inside the dressing, even under compression. With its skin-friendly silicone film on the wound contact side, Cutimed Siltec offers maximum protection of the surrounding skin and allows for atraumatic dressing changes. Cutimed Siltec is particularly suitable for use on severely stressed skin and skin that is dry and flaky after treatment with cortisone.
