Reusable, non-toxic, soft and flexible dressing. It is applied as a cold or warm compress. Mode of use Hot poultice: Put the poultice in a pot of water and heat it for a maximum of 10 minutes at a temperature of 60°C, or heat it in the microwave oven for no more than 3 minutes at a maximum of 350W. Cold poultice: Put the poultice in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. For faster cooling, place the compress in the freezer for 2 hours. In both cases, the gel bag must be inserted into the included protective packaging. Caution: Place a towel between the poultice and the skin to prevent burning or extreme cooling of the skin.
