Multi-use compresses for cold and heat therapy The COLD+HOT multi-use compress, measuring 12x29cm, is suitable for use in physiotherapy, sports medicine, orthopedics, dentistry, first aid, and postoperative therapy. Depending on the therapy, the compress can be used hot or cold. Application: COLD Place in the freezer or deep freezer (down to -25 degrees Celsius) for approximately 2 hours - then wrap in a thin cloth and the compress is ready for use. Note : Do not use in cases of arterial circulatory disorders or Raynauds syndrome! Application of HEAT: Place the compress in water up to 80 degrees Celsius for approximately 8 minutes - after which the compress is ready for use.
