CHERADYN TABLETS Description Food supplement that provides beneficial substances, zinc and biotin, to maintain skin health. Based on L-cystine and L-methionine (sulfur-containing amino acids), Evening Primrose oil (containing polyunsaturated fatty acids: linoleic acid, linolenic acid), zinc, biotin (vitamin H), with green tea extract. Zinc and biotin help maintain healthy skin and hair. Zinc also helps maintain healthy nails, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and supports the physiological metabolism of fatty acids and vitamin A (retinol), while biotin helps maintain healthy mucous membranes.
