Charcoal-Compretten® Tablets Fast and reliable relief from acute oral poisoning and diarrhea. With its large surface area, activated charcoal binds to bacteria and their toxins, removing them from the intestines. Because activated charcoal is not absorbed by the body, it is also suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
