The Master BOYS Description Nasal spray indicated for non-allergic cell-mediated vasomotor rhinitis and rhinosinusitis (NARNE, NARES, NARMA and NARESMA), for mild and moderate allergic vasomotor rhinitis and rhinosinusitis (IgE-mediated), as well as for subjects undergoing FESS surgery (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery), to create a protective effect on the respiratory mucosa and promote anatomical and functional tissue repair. It is useful in the treatment of vasomotor rhinitis and rhinosinusitis indicated above, when watery rhinorrhea is present, associated with one or more of the following symptoms: - sneezing (even empty sneezing); - stuffy nose in both nostrils; - nasal itching; - conjunctivitis with red or itchy eyes. CELMAST protects the respiratory mucosa through the barrier effect provided by high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, promoting tissue repair. It also protects mast cells by reducing their sensitized reactivity and decreases the production and migration of eosinophils and neutrophils, which are responsible for inflammation, mucosal damage and the onset of the symptoms described above. How to use For children (3-12 years old): Nasal spray: 1 or 2 sprays per nostril twice a day (morning and evening). Minimum duration: at least 10 days; may be extended up to 20 days per month for three consecutive months.
